If you are interested in speaking with us about your waste treatment requirements, we invite you to email us an inquiry, or contact your nearest Chemwaste branch. Once you provide certain information about your waste disposal requirements, we would be happy to discuss various options with you and provide a quotation for service.

Alternatively, you are welcome to fill out a Waste Profile Declaration form. This form and instructions are available for download here (113k) in PDF format. This information will enable us to assess your waste disposal requirements and options, and provide a quote estimate.

The following information is required to process your inquiry:

Waste Profile Declaration form (including the following)

1. Description of wast

• Chemicals used in the process

• Description of waste generating process

• Types of products manufactured or processed

• Volume and frequency of waste produced

• Vehicular access capabilities

2. A copy of analytical results of waste

3. A minimum 250ml representative waste sample
