Waste Collection

The collection of wastes for treatment is a very specialised and varied part of the business. Simply put, no two wastes are the same. Wastes requiring treatment may have the form of a solid, a liquid or most commonly, a sludge - a combination of both solid and liquid.

Chemwaste owns and operates specialised tankers fitted with vacuum loading capabilities enabling them to retrieve anything from wastes with characteristics like water, to those which are very heavy such as drilling mud. We also have access to tipper trucks, excavators, long-haul liquid tankers and others for more specialised requirements.

Collection Fleet

ChemWaste Industries operates a modern fleet of road tankers and flat-deck vehicles for the collection of a wide range of waste products and load capacities, spanning 4000 to 26,000 litres. ChemWaste has strong associations with other transport companies, which service other regions of the country.

Hazardous Waste Manifest

All waste products (both hazardous and non-hazardous) collected by the company, are collected in strict accordance with the land transport regulations. The manifest is a specialised Dangerous Goods Declaration, which covers the details of UN Numbers, Hazard Classes, Hazchem Codes, and Packaging Groups.
